On 17th March 2014, the NGO Coordination Commitee for Iraq (NCCI) presented an informative paper that addressed in detail the important concept of partnership between Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and the public authorities. The paper (attached in Arabic) was presented during the Iraqi Commission of Integrity's annual conference that was held at the Mansour Hotel in Baghdad.

The paper that was presented by NCCI dealt in detail with the most important principles of partnership, its associated challenges and opportunities. Additionally, a comprehensive review was presented, referring specifically to a number of different cases in Iraq. Three other papers were also presented during the Commission of Integrity's annual conference, both by the Iraqi Commission of Integrity themselves and National Non-Government Organizations in Iraq (NNGOs).
