Dear NCCI Members and Colleagues,

It is with deep sadness that we inform you our South Field Officer, Sami Toman, has passed away due to a heart attack last night. Sami has served NCCI for more than seven years with a passion to the work and the humanitarian cause, added to a life time of devoted service for the Iraqi Civil Society. We pray to God to grant him mercy and grant his family patience. We will miss you our big brother. We offer our sincerest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
