Following the 2016 Second Standard Allocation of the Iraq Humanitarian Pooled Fund (IHPF), the NGO Coordination Committee for Iraq (NCCI) commissioned a study to document lessons learned on behalf of the NGO community in Iraq. The overarching purpose is to enable NGO expertise and know-how, particularly as the first responders and primary operational actors on the ground, to contribute to ongoing discussions to ensure the IHPF is fit for purpose.
