Food and NFIs support to displaced families IRW's team during the last week distributed 1,450 food & NFIs in Khazer camp. The distribution team also distributed 2,996 food parcels in AF camps Anbar in (ALBu Rahal, ALBu Jassem, City center, AL Zohoor, ALMala'ab, ALBu Assi, ALChifa, and ALBu Effan). Protection with food for non-Syrian refugees IRW with support of UNHCR, handed EVI cash assistance to 40 non-Syrian refugees who were living in Baghdad and Karbala'a.  GBV support to IDPs in Kirkuk IRW with support of UNFPA, in Kirkuk, Laylan, yahyawa and Nazrawa camps provided Psycho-Social support to 42 women and 127 females have attended awareness sessions on GBV. Tajdid Iraq Foundation for Economic Development had a celebration to open a new Tajdid Iraq center in Al-Alam district, financed by UN women. Tajdid Iraq foundation visited Al-Alam district in Salah al-Din province on Monday, the 19 th of December 2016 in the presence of Al-Alam council district chairman, members of Al-Alam council and many clan elders to open a new Tajdid Iraq center which provides services for housewives and the (IDps) girl and women in district camps. These services includes: health, legal, awareness services and psychological aid.

On the 4 December, ACTED, together with UNHCR, UNICEF, Arche Nova, Emergency, KNC, Civil Development Organization, People’s Development Organization (PDO), PDD, and YAO, launched the new inter-agency pilot project Qoratu Information and Feedback Point (QIFP) and Camp Guide. The aim of this pilot intervention was to strengthen accountability to affected populations, enhance transparency, and improve two-way communication between agencies and the IDP community by offering additional avenues for IDPs to lodge complaints and accessing information. UIMS - EPI Section - al-Fallujah

Funded by the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the managed by United Iraqi Medical Society for Relief and Development (UIMS), the work in the EPI Section have been started officially in both Al-Salam and Al-Rayan PHCCs in Ameriyat al-Fallujah and in Al-Habbaniya respectively, where those sections are responsible for the assessment and diagnosis of Malnutrition cases among the children in addition to follow up of the vaccination programs according to MOH guidelines. UIMS in cooperation with UNICEF is plan to expand this work in more areas in Anbar to help as many as children in need.

Food and NFIs support to newly-displaced families During the last week, Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW) continues responding to people newly displaced from Mosul corridor and from areas closer to the city itself. IRW’s team distributed 500 food parcels in Sewdinan camp. The distribution team also distributed 1000 food parcels in Anbar camps as follow: AL Bo Jasem, ALBo Rahal, ALZohoor and ALMala'ab.
