UIMS - Urgent Report about New IDP Families from Zankora and Surrounding Areas in Anbar Governorate

Subject / Urgent Report about New IDP families from Zankora and surrounding areas in Anbar governorate Supported with Photos

1-    As a result of recent liberating operations in the west of Anbar governorate, Iraqi Army liberated Zankora and surrounding areas, more than 6000 IDP families (more than 20000 Individuals) displaced from these areas to (18th Kilo Camp, near from Al-Wafaa Sub-district).
2-    The humanitarian situation in this camp is very bad and there is an urgent need for food, NFI, Shelter, Drinking water and medical support.
3-     UIMS sent Mobile medical team from Ameriyat Al-Fallujah to (18th Kilo Camp) with a large quantity of medications to provide urgent medical support for IDPs families during two days) , in addition to that there is 25 IDP families from Zankora area reached Ameriyat Al-Fallujah today , UIMS mobile medical team and WSC#8 team (manage by UIMS , supported by UNICEF and funded by ECHO) providing all these families with medical support.  
4-     There is an urgent need for two additional medical clinics for these IDP families, so kindly if you can request Anbar DOH to provide UIMS with two medical clinics (There is two clinics already existing in Ameriyat Al-Fallujah) for the purpose of providing medical support for IDPs in Ameriyat Al-Fallujah and Al-Habbaniya in cooperation with Anbar DOH , WHO and Anbar governorate authorities for one month and UIMS will pay all its running costs until receiving our mobile medical clinics from WHO that will reach as soon.
