On Wednesday 4 September 2013, Al Sorouh for Sustainable Development Foundation held a celebration and a press conference to distribute academic scholarships for exceptional students in Erbil and Kirkuk and who are registered with a scholarship program funded by HRF (Human Relief Foundation).
